At CIC, we offer three levels of qualifications for students interested in developing skills that will lead to careers in the exciting and fast-paced world of commercial kitchens and hospitality management. Students will graduate their qualifications with a passion for cooking, a love of food and the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge and skills.
