Before you submit your Application

Ensure that the application form has been fully completed and signed and all course entry requirement documents have been provided. These may include:

  • English proficiency documentation (IELTS)
  • Academic transcript
  • Copy of your passport

What Happens Next?

If the correct documentation is not submitted, your application will not progress and you or your agent will be contacted for supplementary information. If your application is approved, a Letter of Offer and the Written Agreement will be issued within 48 hours via e-mail. If your application is not approved, you or your agent will be informed with the reason/s.

If your application is approved and you want to confirm your enrolment you must submit the Written Agreement to the College. Once the College receives the signed Written Agreement it will accept payment (via bank draft or electronic transfer) and issue the (CoE) Confirmation of Enrolment to you or your education agent within 48 hours. If you wish to apply to change details of your enrolment or request supplementary services from the College, please contact the College Admissions department requesting the changes.

You or your agent will then be informed if the request can be accommodated via e-mail within 48 hours. If your request can be accommodated a Confirmation of Variation of Enrolment form will be sent to you or your agent via e-mail. You must complete this in full, sign and return it to the College Admissions team via e-mail.
