The Certificate III in Electronics and Communications (UEE30907) provides trainees with the skills to select, install, set up, test, fault find, repair and maintain electronic equipment. This includes devices such as personal computers, networks, security systems, basic audio/video equipment and televisions. Trainees will learn to test, commission and maintain electronic components and subsystems used in a wide range of electronic equipment.

On successful completion of this course, students are eligible to receive a Certificate III in Electronics and Communications.
Students may be able to shorten the length of their chosen course by measuring skills acquired through work, life experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training. AQF qualifications and statements of attainment issued by another registered training organisation may be recognised by Cambridge International College.

Assessment may be a combination of written and online assignments, tests, examinations and practical application projects.
Upon successful completion of the Certificate III in Electronics and Communications, trainees will have gained the skills and knowledge to to be employed in a range of professions working with electronics and or communications.
Graduates of the Certificate III in Electronics and Communications can complement their practical knowledge by completing the Diploma of Management at Cambridge International College.
The Certificate III in Electronics and Communications is delivered over five, 9 week terms, with a 1 week break between terms.
The study mode is full time and consists of 20 hours per week. Trainees have the option to study in a daytime or evening schedule subject to availability.
