Course Overview

The Certificate IV in Marketing (BSB41307) and the Diploma of Marketing (BSB51207) provide an introduction to individuals seeking a career in marketing, direct marketing, sales, public relations, advertising or individuals who want to improve their overall skills and knowledge in this field. The courses will build trainees confidence by providing learning through real life exercises and projects. Our Business teachers are highly qualified and experienced, which enables them to give the best possible support and instruction to the trainees.

Qualification & Recognition

On successful completion of this course, students are eligible to receive the Certificate IV in Marketing and or the Diploma of Marketing depending on the mode of study.

Recognition of Prior Learning and Credit Transfer

Students may be able to shorten the length of their chosen course by measuring skills acquired through work, life experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training. AQF qualifications and statements of attainment issued by another registered training organisation may be recognised by Cambridge International College.

Career Opportunities

Graduates of the Certificate IV in Marketing will have gained the skills and knowledge to work in a range of entry level marketing roles. Those who go on to complete the Diploma of Marketing will obtain more indepth marketing skills to work at a more senior level in a marketing team in a variety of industries.

Course Structure

The Certificate IV in Marketing is delivered over two terms for a total duration of 19 weeks. The Diploma of Marketing is delivered over an additional two terms, totaling 19 weeks. Trainees who complete the Certificate IV and Diploma of Marketing will complete 38 weeks of study in one academic year.

The study mode is full time and consists of 20 hours per week. Trainees have the option to study in a daytime or evening schedule subject to availability.
