The Certificate III in Frontline Management (BSB31207) and the Diploma of Management (BSB51107) focus on building communication, leadership and planning skills which are fundamental in all managerial positions. The trainees will develop a broad range of skills such as managing set tasks, people, budgets and financial plans.

On successful completion of this course, students are eligible to receive Certificate III in Frontline Management (BSB31207) and the Diploma of Management (BSB51107)depending on the mode of study.
Students may be able to shorten the length of their chosen course by measuring skills acquired through work, life experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training. AQF qualifications and statements of attainment issued by another registered training organisation are recognised by Cambridge International College.
Assessment include a combination of written and online assignments, tests, examinations and practical application projects.
Graduates of the Certificate III in Frontline Management (BSB31207) will obtain the necessary skills to work in junior customer service roles in a variety of industries. Those who go on to complete the Diploma of Management (BSB51107) will obtain basic managerial skills to work at a more senior level in customer service roles in a variety of industries.
Graduates of the Diploma of Management course will be eligible to gain entry into the Bachelor of Business (CRICOS 054481J) at Central Queensland University (Melbourne Campus). Students who have successfully completed the Diploma will gain 6 credits advanced standing.
The Certificate III in Frontline Management is delivered over one, 9 week term.
The Diploma of Business Management is delivered over three, 9 week terms, with a 1 week break between each term.
The study mode is full time and consists of 16 contact hours and 4 hours of off campus learning activities. Trainees have the option to study in a daytime or evening schedule subject to availability.
